About these terms

These terms govern the purchase and use of digital products sold by Aivorya AS (organisation number 837440262), registered in Norway at Ensjøveien 6, 0655 Oslo.

Purchases

All purchases are made online via Stripe. Payment is due in full before delivery. No invoice option is available. A 14-day refund is available if you have not accessed more than the first 3 days of the programme. To request a refund, email support@aivorya.com within 14 days of purchase with your order confirmation.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email within one business day of confirmed payment, to the email address provided at checkout.

Intellectual property

All course materials are the intellectual property of Aivorya AS and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any part of the programme without prior written permission from Aivorya AS.

Personal use only

Your purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable licence for personal use only. The programme may not be shared with colleagues, teams, or organisations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
